Natalie Williams has joined OsteoWeld as the QMS & Regulatory Manager. This is a pivotal role that will ensure the successful development and commercialisation of the SmartWeld and Alpha Nail Ultrasonic systems within both the US and Europe. The main focus of Natalie’s QMS role will be to establish the quality management system and to lead the organisation towards ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 accreditation. The regulatory focus of the role will be to ensuring FDA approval and CE marking of the OsteoWeld products is achieved in line with our commercialisation plan.
Natalie has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, where she has worked in both commercial and compliance management roles for med tech and pharmaceutical companies. She brings extensive experience in project management, system and process set up, and product commercialisation to OsteoWeld.
